Welcome to Homepals. By accessing or purchasing from homepals.shop (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur. We may correct errors and update prices and availability at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or can't be delivered to your area. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and card payment. By choosing COD you agree to pay the full amount in cash on delivery.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including product designs, images, logos and text — belongs to Homepals and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are decorative homeware for normal household use. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
