Where we ship

We ship to all governorates of Egypt.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your governorate. Our courier will contact you before delivery.

Shipping cost

A flat delivery fee of EGP 100 applies to all orders nationwide. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payment at checkout. For COD, please have the order total ready in cash for the courier.

Tracking & delivery issues

If your order is delayed or you have a delivery question, contact us at [support email] or [phone / WhatsApp] with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because we couldn't reach you or the address was incorrect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
